Church Street (Maidstone) Management Company Limited, is a private company which is owned by the leaseholders of the development and runs the day to day repairs and maintenance of the common parts of the Old Hospital Maidstone development.

We collect information about you when your occupancy details are provided to us by a landlord or letting agent, or with the sale of a flat (a property conveyance), or when you voluntarily contact us. No website usage information is collected using cookies.

We collect information about you to administer the running of the common parts of the development and maintenance of the buildings. This is generally by way of setting and then collecting service charges.
CSMC will not share your information for marketing purposes. We will not share your information with credit reference agencies and other companies for use in credit decisions. However, we may share your information for fraud prevention and to pursue debtors.
